1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GlowPix AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
GlowPix AI provides AI-powered photo editing, image generation, professional headshots, outfit editing, room redesign, an AI assistant, resume tools, and PDF-related tools. Features and availability may change over time.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for activities carried out through their accounts.
4. Paid Subscriptions
GlowPix AI plans to offer a premium subscription called GlowPix Pro. The advertised plan is $12.99 per month, including 50 image credits per billing cycle. The actual pricing, included benefits, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
5. Payment Processing
GlowPix AI plans to use Creem for subscription payments. Once Creem payment processing is enabled, purchases completed through Creem checkout will also be subject to Creem's applicable buyer terms. Customers will be informed about the payment provider during checkout.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not use GlowPix AI for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or infringement of other people's rights. The generation, editing, transformation, or distribution of sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW imagery through GlowPix AI is strictly prohibited. Users must not use GlowPix AI to create or edit sexual deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors. Users must not generate deceptive or harmful impersonations of real people or violate anyone's privacy or consent. Users must have appropriate rights and permissions to upload or edit images and other content. GlowPix AI reserves the right to reject prohibited requests, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected visual changes. Users are responsible for reviewing content before using or publishing it. GlowPix AI does not guarantee that AI-generated images will preserve every facial or anatomical detail.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results from AI models.
9. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions using the available subscription management options or by contacting customer support. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals, but does not automatically refund previous payments.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws. Payments processed by Creem will follow its applicable refund procedures.
